I started my grey hair journey during lockdown, when I was tired of colouring my hair every 10 days and I was realising that the colour was affecting my health. At the same time menopause brought many changes and I wanted less stress in my life .so I let it grow out and was kind of exited how I would look like in silver. As everyone and most of them thought I let myself go or now, she is crazy it was not a easy road to go. But I thought if I don’t like myself in Silver I can go back so what can I risk only the staring as soon as I went out. But with time I had different opinions from strangers from wow to I could not do this Now I’m 6 years with my new look and it was totally worth it I love the IG community the #silversisters and I get inspired and I’m now an inspiration too I wouldn’t expect that.

My gray hair journey began in 2021 after experiencing severe hair loss that led to a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis. Instead of coloring my hair again, I chose to embrace my natural silver and never looked back. What started as a health journey became a journey of confidence, self-acceptance, and empowerment. I started going grey at 35 after a life altering surgery. I’m 50 now. People say I have a unique hair colour as in a natural blond. I hate it when I go to a hair salon and they want to color it, because why? Gray / silver would not be a taboo. Ladies embrace…
