As a psychotherapist, I’ve seen how much our identity is tied to appearance. Deciding to let my natural silver grow in October 2022 was more than a style choice, it was an inner transformation. Every strand tells a story of resilience, change, and acceptance. I like to see my silver curls as a great asset, silver rebellion and self-expression.
